Required: • Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related technical field from a reputable institution. • Good understanding of Design Patterns & TypeScript core concepts and hands on experience to apply them in day-to-day design. • Experience in Node.js for backend development. • Understanding and experience with databases like MongoDB, Postgres. • Basic understanding of agile and scrum methodologies. Preferred: • Exposure to cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices architecture is highly desirable. • Experience of AWS/Azure/GCP, Redis, Security Domain, Datadog, Codefresh is a plus. • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as autonomous task execution, tool-using agents, workflow-driven agents, or multi-agent collaboration models. • Hands-on exposure to building AI-augmented software features, such as integrating LLM-based components using APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.). • Understanding of prompt engineering basics, including structured prompts, function calling, and safety-aligned prompt patterns. • Experience with Node.js-based agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain.js, LlamaIndex.js, Microsoft Autogen for JS) is a plus. • Ability to design or consume REST/GraphQL APIs powering AI/agent automation pipelines. • Exposure to event-driven or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, n8n) that support agentic automation. • Basic knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis Vector Search) and how they power retrieval-augmented workflows. • Understanding of evaluation techniques for agentic/AI-powered features—hallucination detection, output validation, and test harnesses. • Experience experimenting with small automation agents for tasks such as code generation, data extraction, or summarization using LLMs. • Awareness of AI safety and guardrail principles—content filtering, secure tool use, and data privacy considerations. • The personal data that you provide as a part of this job application will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
