At TrackJobs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium subscription. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our services.
Service Unavailability
In the rare event that TrackJobs experiences significant service unavailability (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Premium Feature Unavailability
If specific premium features that were advertised as part of your subscription become unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 days), and these features were a primary reason for your subscription, you may request a partial refund or account credit.
Please note that temporary unavailability due to scheduled and notified maintenance or brief technical issues does not qualify for refunds.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Account cancellations after the refund period has expired
- Partial months of unused service after cancellation
- Users who have violated our Terms of Service
- Changes in pricing or features that were communicated in advance
