• Startup funding data (not categorically available for all countries)

User Accounts

To use the service, you'll need to create an account. Please keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Free and Paid Plans

TrackJobs may offer both free and premium subscription options. Premium features require payment, and you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment methods will be clearly explained during signup. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Data Privacy and Deletion

Your privacy is at the core of everything we do. We understand the sensitive nature of job search data and treat it with the utmost care. You have complete control over your information, including:

• The right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• The ability to export your data before deletion
• Confirmation when your data has been successfully removed from our systems

To request account deletion, simply visit your account settings or contact our support team. Once requested, we will permanently remove all your personal information, job applications, resumes, and any other stored data within 30 days. This process cannot be reversed, so please export any data you wish to keep beforehand.

Data and Backups

While we do our best to keep TrackJobs running smoothly and securely, we recommend occasionally exporting important data. Regular backups are performed, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or zero data loss in extreme circumstances.

Service Changes and Updates

TrackJobs is constantly evolving! We may update features, fix bugs, or change how things work to improve the service. We'll do our best to notify you about significant changes, but some updates might happen without notice. Your continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptable Use

Please use TrackJobs as intended—for tracking your job search. Don't try to break things, share your account, or use the service for anything illegal or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these common-sense rules.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the job data and personal information you add to TrackJobs. By using the service, you grant permission to store and process this data as needed to provide the service. We'll never claim ownership of your information.

Intellectual Property

The TrackJobs platform, including its design, code, and features, belongs to us. You're welcome to use it, but please don't copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

Termination

You can stop using TrackJobs anytime. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. If the service ever needs to shut down, we'll provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of Liability
